Orient Flights Aviation Academy:
OFAA is a unit of Orient Flights Pvt. Ltd. (OFPL) 2015, OFAA operates in Mysore with its sister concern Orient Flights School at Pondicherry which has been in existence since 1994 and has trained hundreds of pilots. The flight training at OFAA meets international standard in accordance with regulations of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), Government of India.
OFAA has fleet of 1 cessna 152, 6 Cessna 172 and 1 Piper seneca PA34(Multi Engine). The Fleet strength is set to increase in the near future.
OFAA is the Aviation wing under the Hindustan Group of Institutions, with its headquarters at Chennai

OFPL has been in operation for the past 18 years, since 2002 and has been keeping pace with the changing environment of the Aviation Maintenance Regulatory field. In the recent times, DGCA has brought in many regulatory changes, to keep in tune with the International standards and recommended practices, specified by the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO). OFPL is a DGCA approved organisation as an AMO (CAR-145) & CAMO (CAR-M).
Objectives
“To cater to the specific needs of the corporate clientele and the vast majority of tourists by providing courteous, punctual and safe air-charter service within India and overseas with a fleet of modern and well equipped aircrafts and well qualified and experienced crew. To ensure all pilots are trained to the best standards in the country and make air travel user friendly for the business community”.
